Restaurante Abocanhado respects and is concerned with the privacy of users/customers, so it processes your personal data in accordance with the data protection regulations in force – RGPD.

The Restaurant Abocanhado reserves the right to update or modify its Privacy Policy at any time, namely in order to adapt it to legislative changes.

2 Data Collection

The Restaurant Abocanhado collects data from users/customers through reservation forms, under the legitimate interest. Data may include name, phone and email. In the case of contractual processes, it collects the data required by law to prepare them and process invoices.

The data collected is intended for communication with users/clients, processing reservations and processing requests for information.

The use for direct marketing actions is subject to prior consent by the data subject.

3 Access to the User’s personal data

The employees of the Abocanhado Restaurant have access to the data, if and only when they need that access to provide the agreed service. Any personal data of our customers and users will not be disclosed to third parties without their consent, except when required by law.

4. Time in which user data is stored

The data collected by the Restaurant Abocanhado is kept for the time deemed necessary during the contractual process between ByNet and the user/customer. In other cases, the data will be deleted after 5 years.

5. Where the personal data collected is stored

The data collected by Restaurant Abocanhado is stored in Portugal, stored by third parties in a web hosting service.

6. How to request access to your personal data

At any time, a user/customer can access, change or delete their personal data. If you wish to be removed from our database, you may exercise this right by contacting us via the email info@abocanhado.com.
